I’ve seen a few questions about which partial under quilt would be a better fit for someone. The questions have basically been coming down to HammockGear’s 3/4 Phoenix or Warbonnet’s 2/3 Yeti. Since I had both I figured I would put them head to head to help those out as to which one would be better for them based on visuals:

Got some feedback from Hammock Forum.net member BlazeAway regarding the mini atomic stove being more fuel efficient than I have previously stated. OK So I figured I would give this stove its fair moment in the spotlight. And I did get very interesting results:

Yeah you’re not seeing things. Water Monkey breaking it down with 2 gear reviews today. Since my last adventure I had to dispute a youtube video so you peeps can hear the last song on my part 4 video…. well it appears I’m being reprimanded by the Youtube punks which restrict my movies back to 15 minutes. Water Monkey is back again making some gear reviews. Tested out the Rocklite 295 by inov8 in some good and hostile 30 mile terrain over a 3 day hike in November 2011. Here are my thoughts on how these trail runners performed based on my gangsta requirements:

So far the only thing I’m not happy with is the stuff sack. Seems a pain to stuff back in so I’m going to be looking for a bigger stuff sack make things easier.
Other than that…. can’t wait to test this bad boy out on my next adventure in November 2011!!!
